Confusion over macro levels

Hi,
So today I went over my fat by 9! I couldn't stop myself with the Nocellara olives, sadly. Anyway.. it is what it is and I remain focused. My question is, does the fact I was 10 below for my fats earlier in the week make up for my naughtiness today?
Thanks - any help greatly appreciated.

Going over on macros is fine if you're still within your calories. Many people actually view their fat/protein macros as a minimum number to consume.0

Calories are king when it comes to weight loss. As long as you're within your calorie goals, you should be fine (assuming that you aren't keeping your fat low for medical reasons). MFP gives you one possible ratio for your macros (fat, protein, and carbs) but there are lots of ways you can set them and still lose weight.0
