  • Yep. Gotta hydrate. Drink a big glass of water before going to bed...and enjoy!
  • Thanks guys!!! I didn't even think of the hundred cal packs but I really am a sucker for the duoz cheez its (two flavors-one box) maybe I will just separate them into "portion controlled" sizes after I buy them. I also may try the Kashi ones....thanks for your help/support!!! damn cheez-its!!!! PS I too am a sucker for the…
  • OH! I'm in too! And I am NOT doing the girly ones!!! :)
  • I just started MFPon June 30th. I am a Cheez-it junkie. I LOVE THEM. I really don't think I can give them up but I can definitely cut back and just eat a serving size once or twice a week. My question is first is there any others out there? And second what do you guys substitute cheez it cravings with? Weird thing is I DO…
  • What about Chai tea? I would do just about anything for some Chai tea!!! The best stuff is at Whole Foods, its in a concentrated liquid form and you mix it with Milk (skim for me or soy) it is DeLiCiOuS! Tastes like Christmas!!! :)
  • Yes. Technically you probably already are limiting your calories. For example, my "total" if I don't exercise is 1200. So if I do exercise and burn 200 calories then I get to eat 1400 cals. Really I am still limiting myself to 1200 though, because I burned off 200 calories working out. I have heard if you don't "eat back"…
  • I am sooo going to try this! Sounds super super super YUMMY! what kind of waffles do you use? Brand?
  • I understand this too! I am 5"3 and 162...I just started this program but I look at pics from even just a few years ago and I look sooo cute! And could wear sooo many clothes! I think even 20 pounds would make a word of difference. Also, sometimes, I look in the mirror and think, not too bad! But looking at pics!?!?!?!…

  • hmmm well like I said it a "general rule of thumb" that the machines/websites give us. I would factor in your own intesity....maybe use a scale from 1(little effort)- 10 (can't speak) where were you through out most of your work out? Make 1 be 450 calories and 10 be 897 calories....and pick in between those caloric numbers…
  • I think that the heart rate monitor is a good "rule of thumb." Meaning it is probably pretty close to accurate. As far as feeling like you burn more when you excercise, may be because running is more "impact" your feet are hitting the cement, wind in your face, etc. Maybe on the elliptical because you are (indoors? I am…
  • As I understand it, you want to NET 1200 calories a day. So, if you don't workout....1200 is probably where you want to be. When you work out (say you burn 300 calories) you have a 300 calorie deficit. In order to make up for that, you want to "eat back" your calories. You are only consuming 1200 calories. If you (too…
