I don't take any diet pills or whatnot, and I don't even drink but a half a cup of coffee per day. I try to excersise around 6 in the evening usually because that's the only time I have to do so. :-( If I find out anything, I'll post it, for sure. Thanks, everyone! I've found so far that just keeping track of what I put in my mouth stops me from making bad choices... an 800 calorie burger at McDonald's is just not worth it. I'm glad to be here. This site is wonderful!!
