  • Look at the kinds of foods you are eating. My body hangs on to carbs longer so I try to limit them. Remember that carbs are in more things than you think! Try and eat a variety of foods- including more veggies than you think! I get frustrated too when the weight doesn't come off fast enough. Slower is always better. How…

  • Fitbit figures it's own exercise which us crazy because it isn't a HRM. Log your food with MFP- don't pay attention to the Fitbit calories burned if you know you burned 755 with a HRM.
  • I have been there. My sweet tooth is HUGE! Drink extra water the next couple of days and keep eating healthy and exercising- it will come off. Your body needs to flush it out. A weekend of treats is killer- try to keep it to just 1 day. How did you lose the weight? Way to go! That is a big accomplishment.

  • I found that if I entered exercise in on MFP or Map My Run it threw everything off. Almost like I got double credit. I tried not to worry about the calories. Decide what your main goal is for using it- for me it was to beat my distance every day which is what I focused on- the other stuff was just a bonus.

  • I just started week 7. I really like it- it is tough but I feel so good when I am done.
  • I agree- it is tough to think you need to eat all the calories it recommends. I just started week 5- haven't lost any weight but see changes in my tone. Hoping that month 2 brings good results. My eating hasn't been perfect but not horrible. Always room for improvement. I have not been eating more than about 1500 cals.
  • I am 5' 3", weigh 145 and female.
