your calories look too low to me - several days in a row you didnt hit 1200, which is the minimum

just keep going . . . there will be ups and downs . . . could be hormones, or something salty, just keep going

You might need to increase your metformin - ask your doctor. Usually you increase it gradually (to allow your bowels to adjust - sorry!!). If you aren't having any side effects, you might ask your doctor about increasing to help you lose weight, and then go down and off of it when everything is under control.

I also use Pandora - dance pop radio, club/dance radio, the workout plan by kayne west radio and I second that watch out for explicit lyrics . . . :)

I started back at spin yesterday for the first time in over 18 months. The first song was BLURRED LINES and I was immediately excited to be there.

I have ITP and get a lot of bruising. I have had all sorts of treatments, including having my spleen removed. It is something that is easy to live with on a day to day basis, but as Mike said scary if you get a "real" injury. Hopefully for you its not that . . .
