I will say to just log the 40minutes that way you can keep setting higher goals for yourself while losing a little extra. That's just me though

I have tried the Voskos but didn't like it. A friend of mine recommended Chobani and that tastes a lot better. Some brands are better than others. Just keep trying. Hope this helps.
