I use 1 frozen banana, 2 cups of whole frozen unsweetened strawberries, 1 cup non fat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup apple juice and a cup of ice cubes. Makes app 3 cups. Blend in blender till smooth. You can also add honey and/or flaxseed. I don't like veggies so this works for me.

I remember seeing a weight watchers idea to pre cook your corn tortillas in water instead of oil. They still come out soft for making enchiladas. Just a small trick that really adds up.

I like to take lean sliced deli meat such as turkey, chicken and sometimes ham and wrap them around a low fat sting cheese. This helps with carbs too. I am tring to do less carbs for awhile and see how I do. Anyone have any suggestions?

I am also averageing 1 pound a week loss. Yes it's slow but not so stressful and I'm learning to eat right, not starve and do without. Your doing good, just don't stop.

I am 5'4" and they told me I shpoud be 140. But I was up to 268 at one time and was also told at my age (55) and loosing that much weight I would have quite a bit of excess skin.....so I am shooting for 180 and exercising to firm up what I can.

I also weigh in everyday. I do know the body can change by 4 lbs at any given time, but seeing where I am everyday keeps me in line a bit better..... Spring

I hear you with the walking...I do what other people have suggested about parking farther away from the stores......I do use a tredmill but listen to my MP3 and that helps...I just wonder why it has to be so hard..LOL Spring

Hi. i have lost 13 since the begining for Feb. Very slowly but a change I am use to now. Just started the gym. I was 248 then and now 235. Good luck.
