You should go talk to a nutritionist. I dont think depriving yourself of any of those things are good in the long run. I have a desk job too :( And we are constantly getting pastries, donuts, bagels, etc in the office! I find it alot more difficult to keep the lbs off now, than at my other jobs where I was always up moving around. Great job just not good for my waist!
