  • Should I be eating my excercise calories? Does it help you lose weight faster?
  • I counted my calories exactly, worked out 5 days that week....and I gained 1.4 lbs! Grrr! I'm so upset! What did I do wrong? I had a lot of fruits and veggies..protein...everything was right on. I take that back...one day my sugar was over. But, other than that....I'm so frustrated!

  • Ever since I started gaining weight, it mostly went to my belly and face..I know there is nothing I can really do about my face, right? But..I can't get my stomach to shrink. I do curves, so there are workouts in there that work on it, but it WON'T go down! I look like I'm pregnant, pretty far along! Any suggestions?
  • If your mouth is getting dry you need to either workout less or drink MUCH more water. I used to not drink that much water and and worked out a lot, and then my mouth started getting dry, but it was too late. I got severe dehydration. They had to hook me up to an IV and now my doctor makes me drink 100 oz of water a day.…
