How could this happen?!
I counted my calories exactly, worked out 5 days that week....and I gained 1.4 lbs! Grrr! I'm so upset! What did I do wrong? I had a lot of fruits and veggies..protein...everything was right on. I take that back...one day my sugar was over. But, other than that....I'm so frustrated!

Help!
Ever since I started gaining weight, it mostly went to my belly and face..I know there is nothing I can really do about my face, right? But..I can't get my stomach to shrink. I do curves, so there are workouts in there that work on it, but it WON'T go down! I look like I'm pregnant, pretty far along! Any suggestions?

I've lost my way!
I joined the site many months ago was steady with it for about a month and a half and then we moved and I've lost my way! I need some serious inspiration, so please help me! I plan on starting my 1200 calorie diet again tomorrow, and I NEED to get a new gym membership.
