Does anyone know how many calories a billy banks tae bo work out video burns? Or what I should put it under? Thanks!

    hi! i always put it under general aerobics. i just got a heart rate monitor a couple of weeks ago and it said i burned about 350 cals for the 40 minute tae bo cardio workout. but it all depends on your height, weight and age. you may burn more or less. the best way to know is to get a heart rate monitor.

    I did a 24 minute video, and my HRM said 190 calories...I'm 5'4" and 174 lbs. Hope this helps!
