I'm doing a race every month as well. I'm going to attempt to do a 1/2 marathon in June which will be in Chicago, so I'll be rewarded with a shopping trip after the race :) In Feb, I'm doing a 5k and then in March I'll be doing 2 10k's ... It helps me stay motivated and keeps me on track.

I'm also 5'9". My goal weight is 160. It was 170 but when I hit 180, i decided I wanted to fight a little more.... so we will see how this go. I have a lot of muscle weight, so I dont think I will be able to hit below that. Which I am more than ok with!

I started out as a very snug 24 (refused to by pants any bigger) and am now a comfortable 8.... It takes a lot of hard work, but you can definitely do it.

Start by going to a bar and grill type place... You can sit at the bar, dress up have a couple drinks and chat with whomever is at the bar. Much less pressure than going to a full out bar. And you can get comfortable in that situation make some "friends" and eventually you will be headed out for a night on the town with…

At most half's they have potty's at the beginning, around mile 4, mile 7, and then again round mile 10, and of course at the end there are a ton! just make sure you get up early enough to go, and let your system wake up, and you should be fine.

I absolutely LOVE THIS!!! i have felt that way so many times. And even now when I go out for a run and all of the other "real runners" pass me I will get that they are judging. Until I look at their faces to say "Hi", and I swear, sometimes, I can see the "good for you" look in their eyes :)

I find that a lot of the people that try to sabotage my diet and workout schedule, tend to act as if they want to workout with me and bail, or try to lessen ,y intensity while we are at the gym together.when at the gym and this happens I usually push the strength training harder ( 9/10 I do a mini cardio workout by myself…
