it was a long time ago I don't remember my weight but I was in maintenance. - when I go below 150 I hate how I look so I must have been around 155 or 165, it was after my 2nd baby. Recovery was fine, this was old school lipo so I had bruising but results were great. I had two more babies after that and everything still…

I've had it, great results even 8 years later - I wouldn't hesitate to do it again if I thought I needed to. Cool sculpting may be a better scenario for you, less invasive - honestly go talk to a Dr and get your ?s answered.

I make oatmeal the night before or make a batch of breakfast burritos - I never get tired of them because they're different every time I make a batch. I freeze them - take one out night before or heat up from frozen - either way works

I'll be 40 in 4 months. Mixed feelings. Not where I want to be strength wise. Rough couple years, spread too thin.... but I quit my job and am home with my kids full time again - slowly getting my groove back. Going to take me all day to go through this thread which is great since I love to get distracted and procrastinate.
