Home Gym. Rack, bench, step, dumb bells, punching bag, treadmill, spin bike, lebert equalizers, floor space for stretching and ball for stretching my back. I'm lucky to have a large room as long as my house - one end is the gym one end is videogames. Balance.

loose skin from babies is a tough one unfortunately it may never recover on it's own. You can try to build up muscle as you go to fill it out, but it all depends how elastic your skin is and how much it was stretched.

I don't track cals but if you are, then yes :D you ate it. The question is log it for yesterday or today, but they're not free calories just because you went back to bed!

if you're feeling like you're being lazy, and tend to go easy - have you thought of springing for individually packaged snacks? cut fruit, baby carrots, single serve dip, single serving chips, cookies, individual ice creams rather than a whole pint, etc - this means virtually no work for you as far as weighing or measuring…

find a high protein shake that you like! I lost 40 pounds when I was pregnant and nearly all my muscle tone, tore my esophagus from vomiting and was on a feeding tube - gaining it back was rougher than I expected. I quit drinking for a year, and didn't lose a pound - just maintained. But - a lot of other problems went away that made exercise easier (gerd, anxiety..) It's never a bad idea to stop drinking if you think you're having too much, but it won't be a magic bullet, you'll still have to make sure more calories are being burned…

you might gain first/lose last in the same places as family members - which is why family members can get the same "shape" when they are all overweight. I workout when they sleep. I've got four my youngest are one and two, I still go by that rule of doing it when they sleep. I get up early for a few hours in the AM all to myself. Time management is your enemy not mommyhood.

I freeze pasta sauce, pad thai sauce, soups, chopped veggies, cooked meat, cooked rice, I spend a few hours sunday making a menu and prepping the most complicated component of each dinner, also prep grab and go breakfasts, like muffins or pancakes and freeze for the kids.
