25 pounds in than 3 months. The first 20 were in 2 months. Yes, it's slow but it's safe and not drastic. And OMG I can eat so much. The last monthI have gone more lowcarb...but I think I need to go back to full-on keto.

Eliminating regular pasta, rice, white potatoes, white bread and sugary desserts is a huge deal. I would call that "watching your carb". You'll Know what works. Oh, so many users add only calories not all the details. Bums me out, so I add my own stuff manually as much as I can and verify with websites. If something only lists carbs and not fiber, and I know it should have it, I rescan the item.

Doing 20 net carbs a day, medium protein and higher "good fat". Lost 15 in 3 weeks and clothes fit better, and not hungry except when I'm supposed to be in the morning. Not grazing all day anymore. Feel so much better!

Mission brand pork rinds! Dipped in guacamole. Love adding some coconut oil/manna when cooking eggs. And a tiny bit in my coffee. And lipgloss. And cuticle softener.

Great replies. So glad to have found this group. I feel like I'm doing the right thing. Finally. I've only done it for two wks tomorrow and have almost 100 pounds to lose. But my usual way of eating sucked. I ate Subway a lot, egg whites etc. Low fat, but still gained. Now I eat lots more fat and lose. Amazing.

A cheat day for me would have me back eating the things that got me into this mess in the first place. I'm only 10 days in, but I eat plenty and am not hungry. Sounds good to me.

I'm in the same boat. I just log everything in. And adjust me nutrient goals to have higher fat and 5-6 percent carbs. Hoping for the best. All I know is that in never hungry and feel so satisfied on what I'm eating. Only once in 6 days have I gone over on calories MFP set for me, which is 1590. I am trying to overcome…
