Hiyo this is the fourth or fifth time I am in the groove to lose fifty pounds or more. I've had success before but like some of you, the weight always comes back.
I'm going to do it seriously and for good this time. Last time I was successful on fitbit but then one day I hit a roadblock with a tray of Greek baclava and cigarettes and binged my weight back.
Yes I have an eating disorder but I also take antidepressants so that makes me fatter.
I started with my fitness pal to keep track of my endless appetite for snack foods.
I'm starting at a YMCA on Monday for exercise and am searching for friends of any generation to inspire laughter and get slimmer.
My cravings are hummus which I generally finish the entire dish in one sitting. Who would think that one man's love for blended chickpeas with garlic could lead down a path to obesity.
I also end up eating a quarter box of premium plus crackers with rich soups and any thing else that has buckets of palm oil in it. Generally rice cakes, and salty snackfoods and dippables. I'm a glutton. However I recently switched to more vegetables rather than salty dippables
Here I go I'm sure other people are where I am or havebeen, let's drop the weight in 2017.

i recommend picking up the thug kitchen cook books, they have healthier versions of hearty soul foods all from stratch and whole foods and usually a fraction of the calories of standard recipes. Its also written comedically, warning contains swears.2
