Welcome back... Maybe we can motivate each other. I was doing awesome til Oct 17 when my husband fell sick then it was hell in a hand basket. I have 50lbs left to lose. My goal was 85lbs of which I lost 35lbs in 5 months.

This morning i had 3 hard boiled egg whites and a 1/2 c of creamed potatoes.

I normally do 1 fried egg and a pack of grits, or a hard boiled egg and a slice of wheat bread with a 1/2 tsp of butter on it. Anything with protein or grains usually hold you up longer. snack i do a stick of cheese or a mini bag of popcorn.

I'd like to join. I have asthma and about 15yrs ago i was at least 110 and dr changed meds now im at 188 which is down from 195 only 6wks ago... I would love to get back to 110 but 130 will be good.
