  • If you're going for balance, it sounds like you should prioritize protein, since the only thing you've eaten today with any significant protein content was the egg. Maybe a tuna sandwich with only one slice of bread (or a tuna wrap on a tortilla)? Scrambled eggs or egg whites would also be good.
  • If it's really oil and not a processed imitation, it's gonna have a lot of calories--and that's okay! It'll make you feel full faster and olive oil is good for your heart. Just use it sparingly on your veggies so that they're not overwhelmed with greasiness.
