I LOVE MY FITBIT!! With that being said, I agree with the above posters! If you are only looking at tracking workout calories you need to just get a HRM and not the FITBIT. The goal is for the all day wear and to look and your movement throughout the day.

I can't use crystal light or mil because the sweeteners give me migraines, but sometimes water just needs a change so I love add fruit slices or mint. Apple, cucumber, mint, watermelon, orange... I have enjoyed them all and more. I don't do it for the "benefits" only the flavor.

You can buy special pitchers for it, but I take a large pitcher, add fruit/herb of my choice (cut), add some ice, put lid on and shake (to break up instead of "muddling"), add water and let sit in fridge over night. I am sure there is a "nicer" way to do it, but that is quick and easy for me!
