Looking at Keto and looking for friends
I have done a lot of research and I feel a Keto plan would be best suited to my needs and life style. I would love pointers and tips. I would also love to make some new friends that are on a similar journey! :-)

Infused water
I have been making infused waters at home and I am LOVING it! I have found myself drinking a lot more water! Anyone else do this? What flavors have you found you enjoy making? I have been doing lemon & ginger, green apple, and mandarin orange.

I am a teacher and we start EOG testing tomorrow. I will need to be here a bit earlier than usual and I can't eat or drink until testing is over. TDEE? BMR? Huh? I'm so confused! Everybody seems to be posting about this today and how many calories is too few/too many.... Is a fitbit worth it?
Is it worth the $$ to get a fitbit to track exercise and calories or would I be better off/ just as well off with something else?? Thanks

I was 238 Sept. 2008. I started LA Weight Loss and got down to 168 by May of 2009. I then started trying to get pregnant, got pregnant and had by beautiful son March 2010.
