I know I should weigh at the same time of day, but how often do you weigh wiyhout driving yourself crazy?

Weight is such a subjective number: it is subjected to time of day, water build-up, salt retention, etc. I try to weight only once of week (Monday morning before I shower). I used to do it every day, but found that the weekly average was more accurate - hence the switch to once a week. I do take measurements (neck waist hips etc) every two weeks (again Monday morning) Especially, if you are new to MFP focus on diet and exercise - the weight will take care of itself.

I weigh in once a week, every Monday morning. I can't do every day or else I'll drive myself crazy with the daily fluctuations.

I weigh myself every day but I only register my weight once a week and that is usually on Sunday mornings after I go to the bathroom.

:glasses: ditto that! we were just discussing this very topic, truly, I have found the Monday morning weigh-in to have a double function. Underwear only, after ladies room, before food/drink....

Firstly, keeps me off the scale in-between times which would drive me bonkerz &

    B) keeps me a tad more accountable over the weekend since I want that scale to move only one way~

DOWN! It's actually pretty interesting that when it doesn't move down it tends to just stay steady, and ya' know what they say...

no gain, no pain:laugh: best wishes for your success in all of your endeavors:flowerforyou:
