Okay I was wondering is there a certain time of day that one can exercise and get the most out of it? and should I exercise in the morning before I start eating for the day or at night when Im done eating for the day? It may help if I explain my situation. I am a stay at home house wife and don't do much physical exercise…

Um okay I notice that most of you all have your weight loss counter in your post and usually a lil quote or something. Well I was just wondering if Im gonna have to copy and paste the code every time or is there an easier way? thanx don't giggle to loudly about my noob question lol:blushing:
