  • Awesome--thank you @GaryRuns! I did end up getting a garmin forerunner 35 and am taking it for a test drive before I completely commit :)
  • Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but had a question about your use of the FR35. If this is not the correct or acceptable place I can remove it and change its location: I am currently looking at switching from my Fitbit charge HR to the forerunner 35 (I am looking to add and track more outdoor running to my routine)--do…
  • I am doing my first one this year! Definitely feeling some nerves but am so excited to complete it! (Very excited obviously--it has been my goal for years) My sister, who I am running with, has done it twice and has stated that even though it is tough it really is about succeeding as a team. You can also go around…

  • Hey all! Feel free to add me as well--I'm down almost 40 lbs (seems like I've been at this point for a long time!) but would like to lose another 30 lbs if I can :)
  • FitnessBlender.com has a lot of workouts for beginners to those who are advanced. All of them are available for free, or you can purchase a program which puts the workouts in a calendar on the website for you (it's a one time purchase)--I find/found the programs to be helpful so I didn't have to worry about planning ahead,…
  • Congratulations and great work! I 100% second FitnessBlender--they have a huge variety of workouts (which is great if you're like me and get bored easily) and as the previous poster stated they have a ton that are dumbbell only or even body weight only (there are workouts with other equipment options as well if you do end…
  • My goal is to continue to change my body--less fat and more muscle. I will also be training for Tough Mudder (with the goal being completing it, haha) which is something I've been wanting to do for years!
  • I appreciate everyone's input! I did impulse-ish buy a pair of skullcandy motion wireless headphones that were on sale--first workout went great! I think I will save some for a top-notch pair eventually, but I'm hopeful thus far for this pair :)
  • Awesome! Thank you for the input and suggestions :)
  • I use the videos from FitnessBlender.com there are lots of options of varying levels of difficulty. There is a search option on the webpage and they are free!
  • Hey ya! Feel free to add me if you would like--I am always up for more motivation and accountability partners! SW 212 CW 175 GW1 165 GW2 155 (for starters--will see how I feel after that, probably will keep on keepin' on )
  • I absolutely hated running as well until I got into C25K, and then I still didn't love it the first few runs :P but like others have said be sure to pace yourself comfortably and work up to running longer and faster. I haven't been at it too long yet (only week 3 of running 3X a week) but I now find it to be a nice…
  • 25--feel free to add me as well
  • I like to put chicken breast in the crock pot with some good chunky salsa and when it's done I put a little pepper jack on it
  • As others have stated, eating well is very important to weightloss and becoming healthier. That being said, I have found that exercise not only has helped my physical health, but mental as well! I use a website called FitnessBlender (FitnessBlender.com). They have a wide range of free videos that are designed for those who…
  • Feel free to add me. I try to log it all and would love to get ideas from others too!
  • Only if you let it. A few days of bad eating won't ruin you, just as a few days of healthy eating won't miraculously make you. You may see some physical fluctuations (scale change slightly, bloating maybe, etc), but Everyone (or at least most) has done a similar thing and you just have to start fresh tomorrow.
  • Hello! I have also been searching for calories burned in wii zumba! I have been doing it for quite a while now and it is my absolute favorite workout to do! Very energizing and fun. When I first began zumba I started with 20 minute intermediate routines and I would do the first one two days in a row, then the second one…
