Ooo this is exciting. I have one day left of Level 2 and I start Level 3 on Monday. Can't wait to finish it. If I'm feeling brave I may even post my results :) well done!!

So excited to be starting strength training on Saturday. I'm currently 141lb and am happy with my overall size but want to get rid of lots of body fat on my tummy bum and legs, hoping this will help! I'm also keen to build more muscle on my arms. :)

I love the 30 Day Shred so much - well just Jillian in general to be honest! I have done it about 3 or 4 times but only twice religiously! And each time seen amazing results! I started her 6 week six pack on Saturday and I am gonna do that before I do the shred from now on, I am ready to get to my goal weight now, 14 lbs…

Hello, if you try back combing the top layer of your hair, then comb over the bit on the top that you can see to smoothen that out you should be good to go! :) x

I remember how good I felt when I saw changes before and I know that once I start eating better and exercising I do feel better in myself, less tired etc. You will feel much better for it :) xxx

Is it really different from 30 Day Shred? I have done this twice and am on day 18 of it now but did look at Ripped in 30.
