Motivation tips!

Please help all you wonderful people i am struggling to get back on the wagon motivation is seriously lacking. Its not a problem ive had before but ive 'changed the focus' of my life a little for the first time since starting this and have had to put energy and thought into more personal stuff. Im not making excuses it was a choice, i made it but now i want to get back on track and im really finding it hard.

I dont need specific advice on diet or nutrition (i know what i have to do...just have to do it! The main problem im having is exercise...im just so tired at the moment i cant get started?!

How do you guys get 're-motivated' when you get stuck?

Any advice/stories v gratefully received

  • I remember how good I felt when I saw changes before and I know that once I start eating better and exercising I do feel better in myself, less tired etc. You will feel much better for it :) xxx
