I agree. You need to replace the junk food with healthy alternatives. You kids may complain but they will adjust and be all the better for it. Keep some healthy snacks in your purse. Eat a healthy breakfast and don't starve yourself all day or you'll sabotage your diet. Good luck you can do it!:wink:
