I take 500 mcg of Vitamin B-12, and 5000 iu of Vitamin D because my Dr. told me to after my last blood test, and I also take a generic multi vitamin.

I eat something else, something healthy. Carrots, fruit, ect. I have stuff like carrots cut up all the time & grapes in the house so I can grab a handful of those instead of chips.

Coke is my weakness! However recently I have stopped drinking it all together! :( I drink water now, with crystal light, not that it does anything for the caffeine withdrawals. I found that it took me about 2 weeks to finally feel normal without! GL!
