What is a MUST have staple in your house?

For me it's been...

-Skinny cow strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwiches
-Fiber one chocolate mocha bars
-Weight Watchers ice cream candy bars
-Cedars whole wheat pita chips.. my favorite is roasted garlic and ranch
-Hummus all kinds especially roasted red pepper and garden veggie
-Weight watchers chocolate coconut candies
-Cheerios multi grain mostly
-Low fat cheese sticks
-Thomas bagel thins LOVE the cinnamon raisin
-Weight watchers whipped cream cheese
-Cafe Steamers chicken margherita

These are all MUST haves for me especially the ice creams and pita chips and hummus seriously considering buying HUGE stocks of BOTH. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

    I totally agree with the cottage cheese!!!!
    and my favorite thing to snack on: kashi cereal :) ....those are my staples

    This is what I eat the most of:

    Chicken breast
    Turkey breast
    Fresh and frozen veggies
    Peppers/cucumbers/tomatoes/greens for salads
    Greek yogurt
    Quinoa/Brown rice/Whole wheat pasta
    Fresh fruit

    As long as I have most of these in the pantry, I can fashoin a meal out of it!
