i'm not overly concerned about building muscle. my biggest concern was to get my blood pressure down. my main goal was 200 and i've done both those.

awesome...random compliments are great aren't they. my nsv today is i went to buy new jeans cuz i only bought 1 pair when i bought my last new size. i have went down another size and hadn't really realized it. i started at a size 44 and as of today i am a size 36

tacos, spaghetti, sloppy joes, something on the grill are all easy things.

aldi's has a lot of stuff in their fit n active brand. we love the cheese rice snacks and i also like the breakfast sandwiches.

i used the bigger can and it was just generic walmart version. i wanna say 5oz can.

i made this the other day and it was great. i used the neufachatel cheese and i'm not sure if that made the difference or that i didn't put cheese on top but mine were only 88 calories. definately good and easy though.
