I had a hysterectomy in June 09. My doctor did alot of extra pre-cautions that I am not sure whether it helped my healing process. However, I was made to wear a brace if you will, around my abdomen. Uh OH! Had 2lb gain this week..... I have not watched what I ate or workout since friday! Welll.... I say kudos to your sucess so far!!! Don't beat yourself up about the bad days..... Every day is a new day! You get a new day to try again!!!! As long as you stay on what you didnt do right - you waddle in it and it's hard to pick yourself up! We fall down! but We GET back up!

I tried doing with the Shimmy program on Fit tv - but I need lessons in technique though. I really want to take classes. I think it is a good core workout because I felt the soreness the next couple of days....

While doing crunches, try picking a spot on the ceiling and keep your eyes on it throughout the movement and try to keep your chin off your chest. Just lay your head in your hands - dont use them to left up. Good Luck!

i've read a good way to get it in is to drink 1 or 2 8oz's everytime you eat. I try to break my meals into 6 small meals and drink a glass of water with each. I push for 2 but I dont make that. Then the 2 I drink while working out completes 8........ most time I squeeze fresh lemon in it. I hate drinking plain water......

I dont have it yet but I want it - I use it when I visit my sisters place. I may go over the weekend and use it as the main source of exercise while I am there. What's your routine? I would like to try it when I go over.
