add some rice and stuff bell peppers. Cut open peppers, de seed and put in boiling water for few minutes. Stuff with sauce, put lid back on, cover with tin of tomato soup and put in oven until hot................delicious :)

not total fasting, been on juices for 4 days. It was at a clinic type place. All juices were made for me and I felt great. lost weight and it never went back on. Would recommend to anyone, but only if done properly.

Hi Jasmin, I know how you feel! Read as much as you can on the condition. Things like what foods to avoid and what supplements will help. You need to aim to get your thyroid regulated - this may take some time. Exercise is a great help. Good luck with your weight loss and add me as a friend if you like. :)

Hi I tried.........30 day shred....but too much impact on my knees. Old injury came back so I had to stop. It was working and I enjoyed it.

Try drinking with your meal, use a smaller plate but best of all eat very slowly. it takes a while for the message to get from your stomach to brain that it is getting fed! I find that if I eat slowly I flll up quickly. Good luck

Have you tried goats milk. Available in whole,semi skimmed and skimmed. I cant take dairy either but have had no problems with the goats milk.
