I've tried some 'calculators' but getting significantly different results everywhere
I'm 5'6.5 or 169 cms.Started @ 171 lbs and now weigh 130..
Measurments (all in inches)
Waist (thinnest part) : starting 34,current 26.5
Thighs (fattest part) : starting 25,current 20
Bust : starting 41,current 36
Butt : starting 41,current 35
My profile picture is how I currently look if that helps btw
Can anyone please estimate my current bf% and if possible, also the starting bf%
Thankyou

No one can accurately give you that information over the internet.

If your profile pic is current, I would say your body fat % is below average...how low no idea.0

Using an on line calculator. I've guessed your neck at 13" and that give % 18.6.
You can re calculate it at

Hope this helps0 -

Looking at your picture, I'd say pretty low.0 -
I got hydrostatic tested and then Bioelectric tested and then found a calculator that worked for me. There are many different formulas used in bf cals. Trick is to find one that works for your body type.
Some people can use picture comparision to get a general idea.

Thankyou..So now I'm guessing I should be under 25 atleast0 -
What made me ask is, I don't feel 'tight' when I touch my stomach and thighs etc..I'm confused as to whether I still have a lot of fat or if it's loose skin and I just need to get some muscular definition..
Well I look small when I'm dressed up though,soo it's mostly loose skin I guess0 -
Looking at your pic (though it's tough as you are wearing clothing), I'd say what you need to do is start lifting heavy weights. You aren't in need of losing weight but changing your body composition. I'd actually suggest you go to the 'gaining weight' section and learn about gaining muscle.0

If you really want to know, hydrostatic body composition testing isn't particularly expensive.0
