down 2 pounds! Yesterday I looked up what bmi is considered obese, overweight and "normal". I am overweight. And I hope to be at the tippy top of "normal" by Thanksgiving! "Normal is just a setting on the dryer" a quote from one of the speakers at Women of Faith.
