  • I know what you mean, I have always been a good cook and had the body to prove it...but I would rather be healthy so I am tying to lose weight and eat in MODERATION! Good luck on your journey and REACH FOR THOSE DREAMS! You can do it!
  • My little sis and I are doing it (today is day 9) and we do it every day.....I don't think I dare stop even for ne day....may never get started again. I think it would be way harder for me if I did n;t do it every day....BTW day 9 seemd much easier than day 2....hang in there!
  • I cannot eat raw bananas so I looked it up..... ABC Avacados, Bananas, Cantelope, apricots, Yogurt and raisins. just to name a few. Google "natural sources of Potassium" that's what I did.:bigsmile:
  • I drink green tea with nothing in it....great health benefits and no calories..... I did not like the taste before I started, but set my mind to learn to like it and now I enjoy it a lot. It is after all.......all about attitude. The biggest battles we will ever fight are in our minds.:drinker:
  • That is interesting, just finished day four and the push ups were not nearly as much of a challenge for me as the jumping jacks... I got the first couple of sets done ok put after that it was KILLER.
  • My little sister and I started this on Sat. the 11. so we are done with day 4.....I would definitely not suggest the 5# weights to start...I started with three pounds and had a tough time, have cut back for part of it... :flowerforyou:
