Im just curious to see what order people eat in. some noc shift people may get up in the afternoon and go for breakfast, while others wait a few hours then eat dinner w the family. or at work...sometimes eating a "meal" in the middle of the night just seems strange.

k, so it looks like my best bet is to cut my carbs in half and see where that goes. Do you think my 1400 calories is suffient? Im recovering from surgery right now, so the only activity i can do is a little walking here and there. I plan on starting bike riding and running as soon as i get the ok!

Sorry guys, I opened up my diary!! Ive been doing this about 2 weeks, and have only seen a 0.5 lb drop. My DR recommended it for me because i have PCOS, therefore am insulin resistant. except for one meal, the only carbs i am eating are only from my fruits and veggies, or whole grain items

Ive been limiting my calories to between 1200-1400 and no more than 85ish grams of carbs per day. the only carbs i am eating are coming from my fruits and veggies, and whole wheat/whole grain products only. im trying to eat about 130g of protein per day (which is toughhh!)
