I do not drink any caffeine try my best to stay away from sugar etc. I do get enough sleep. And when I went on birth control I gained about 40 of the 70 lbs I want to lose.

I dont do refined sugar or caffeine I try my best with my diet and stay pretty careful in my calories. I am not perfect but by any means just thought I would have lost more than that in the time I have been working out. Its worth keeping it in. I think it might be slowing down because of the BC.

The yoga is hard but there is a reason that Tony refers to it as the "fountain of youth" it is what your body needs and all I know is Tony is ripped and I trust the workout he has built for us. I think substituting cardio for plyo wouldnt hurt too bad but I wouldnt skip out on yoga!

AMAZING JOB!! I am doing P90x as well week 3 day 4... I was losing motivation quickly but your pictures helped a lot I will not miss a workout!

have you tried agave nectar it is delicious in tea and low glycemic so it doesnt spike your blood sugar...

If I remember correctly black tea will actually dehydrate you a bit so you would need to drink more water to balance the black tea intake... I drink a lot of decaf green with a touch of agave nectar

I went to the gyno because I was having issues with my monthly cycle and my doctor told me that was common in obese women to have issues with their cycle. I was shocked I'm not obese I am big boned and I went home and looked in the mirror and for the first time in months truly saw how much I had let myself go.

The push up bar with handles is just to save your wrists. If you do not have bad wrists then you can just do push ups the old fashion way. They do show modifications to use bands instead of a pull up bar.
