I see that the home gym equipment recommended for P90X includes pull-up/push-up bar & push-up handles - if I don't have these (which I don't) are there alternative exercises shown?

Do you have resistance bands? There are variation workouts to use with those if you don't have the pull-up bar. The push-up handles aren't a big deal. I never used them. They aren't that expensive if you want to buy them though. Neither are the yoga blocks they recommend. Check Amazon.
  • The push up bar with handles is just to save your wrists. If you do not have bad wrists then you can just do push ups the old fashion way. They do show modifications to use bands instead of a pull up bar.

The most important thing to me would be the bands or a several sets of dumbbells. I use a set of 3 bands I found at Ross for like $8.

Yeah I have resistance bands so looks like I'm all set!

I'm kinda gonna do my own version of it, including a lot of the P90X workouts amongst other things like my running and Brazil Butt Lift etc.

I've already done Yoga X and X Stretch and love them - even for Yoga and just a stretch they are intense!

Yoga X is tough!!!! My husband couldn't believe how hard it was. Haha! He thought it was going to be a joke, being yoga and all. He was painfully awakened to how hard yoga can be. ;)
