Thanks for making me believe in the program. A friend of mine is gonna let me borrow it, but I didn't know if the website results of ppl was just a gimmick or not. YOu show that's it's definitely not a gimmick and definitely possible. Although, I wonder if it could help someone like me that can't even do one push up or pull up? Hmm, I wonder?!

Great Work. Did you do the classic program? What is your favorite Shakelogy flavor?

    Top

Yes. I did the Classic. I have lost enough weight I am glad I didn't do "lean". And there's no way I am waking up early enough to do the "doubles". Shakeology = chocolate. Though I've never had the green one, I've heard it's terrible. There is a new tropical flavor coming out soon!

Yes, the beauty behind the program is the ability to adapt the moves. Tony Horton gives you several variations of each move through the workouts basically: beginner, intermediate and advanced and even a few that are just plain ridiculous. You simply modify. As I go through it the second time I plan on attempting some of the advanced moves.

Do it! Even if you can't keep up at first, you modify until you can keep up. I barely made it through the first 10 minutes of warm up on each DVD when I first started.

Well done!! You should be very proud of what you have achieved so far. The six pack will come. I'm on week 7 of p90x lean. Then I'll be starting the classic in August/September. Hope I can stick to another 90 days doing the classic.

One of my favorites. Was wondering how many people got the reference.

I agree. Very impressive!!! I love the title reference too. I didn't know where it came from, though. I'm sure many on MFP can relate.

LOTR is Lord of the Rings, for those that might be wondering.
There and Back Again was taken from "The Hobbit".
Yes. I am a big geek.
