I have a curves digital scale- like that waaaaaaaay better than analog. u can store your weight in it and it keeps track for you and updates while u lose weight....or gain it : ) lol

i hate shopping too. I always leave upset because nothing fits or i have to get somethng that is way tooooooo old looking for me. I am sooooo happy for u....great work. I can't wait for that feeling.

I use fat free italian dressing in a fry pan instead of oil and cook them in there. Adds good flavour.

Sodium affects people in different ways.... If you watch your sodium with other things then eating cottage cheese won't kill ya. I used to drink cup o soups and lost weight, but I knew someone who could not drink them at all because there was so much sodium in them that she would gain weight every week.

Well I think it is great...Don't hate because he has reached his goal - I would be doing the same thing if I acheived losing 200 pounds.....It is amazing

Oh Ya - When I eat breakfast, I am starved alllllll day...but that is what they say gets your metabolism moving. When you don't eat till later in the day your metabolism is at a stand still and that is not good. That is why they say to have 6 meals a day (small one..lol)
