I am having pretty much the same things as yesterday. I ended up not eating tacos for dinner last night. I think I have a stomach bug so I was only able to eat some brown rice.

I have been slightly under the weather, and haven't been eating at all really, I have been logging and everyday I have been like 500 under my calories, but I seriously can't bear to eat anything. I am forcing myself to eat the little bit I have as I have had no appetite. I just came on here to get some ideas for meals again, I am going to log what I have had today b/c I am forcing myself to eat every calorie & I am going to workout on the elliptical for an hour today b/c I missed yesterday....so wish me luck!!

Good good morning on this beautiful day.
This vegetarian diet is agreeing with me. My blood sugar was 86 this morning , the lowest it has ever been over 20 years. I am doing a happy dance.
Breakfast: 2 scramble egg beaters,1/2 orange, 2 slices of butter toast, coffee with half and half. the orange and toast was my 20 g net carbs
Snack: cheese stick,walnuts0carbs
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich.,1/2 apple, some roasted veggies, Ice tea 29 gr net carbs

trader joes chicken, mango, quinoa (sp), spinach salad w/ dressing = 240
Snack:
Whole ruby red grapefruit= 110 calories LOVEEEEEEE these
and-
multigrain thins (trader joes) 17 crisps for 130 cals
Dinner:
Trader Joes Orange Chicken with sauce 1 c. = 220 cals
asparagus in oven with olive oil spray salt and pepper= 40 cals?
Snack:
pysillum husk powder, and one ounce of apple juice mixed with water= 45-50 cals
Tart frozen yogurt 1c. = 200 cals
7 frozen strawberries= 30 cals
1546 calories for the whole day if I want the frozen yogurt at the end of the day. Zumba and running tonight at the gym = burn of 900 cals.0 -

Snacks : half an apple in the morning, and a serving of peanuts mid afternoon 150cals
So in total 995cals...which is only 5 cals short of my daily goal of 1,000....:bigsmile: and even tho its only 1000 cals I am satisfied the whole day0 -

Good morning everyone. For awhile there this thread slowed down. I am glad people are staring to post again.
Don't worry Marie. Today will be a better day. I have been really tired lately and didn't do so good eating wise last week because of that. I eat to try to keep myself moving and awake. :-(
Today's meals aren't the best but I have P90X YogaX tonight so I know I will burn alot of it off.
Breakfast: Dunkin Donuts bagel and hot chocolate.
Lunch: Tortilla soup
Snack: P90X protein bar
Dinner: P90X recovery drink.0 -
