If you are under your alotted calories, eat about half of what it says you are under for. Alos, I have found it a good idea to track your TOTAL week calories and then see if you may have some room at the end of the week to eat a little over that day. abstainer mostly. I tend to be all or nothing. (it's why I got fat!) Lost 50 lbs since last May by sticking to my plan and allowing some treats in moderation on Thanksgiving and Christmas! And few days here and there.....

I was not eating my exercised calories for a long time. And whenever I did eat them, I lost weight. Smoothies!!!!! No dairy. Use water or coconut water. Frozen berries and bananas (can be frozen) really are enough sweetener. Try different recipes. Add flax seed too if you can. (Or chia seeds). They are addicting and filling.

I noticed I haven't been getting the tell tale migraine right before I start! Back pain is minimal too. Still feel slightly crampy, but that is better than a headache! Plus i am irregular and need to have some sort of clue to give me a heads up.
