I make my oats the same way everyday... I like them with caramel extract a punch of splenda and cinnamon... no extra calores added besides my almond milk... delicious... sometimes ill do chocolate extract and chocolate protein powder... the extracts are amazing... they cost 2 bucks at walmart by the spices and baking stuff

I think it has a lot to do with over doing it... Im at 180lbs and im burning 1k plus cals per workout... And its 99 percent strength training.. I think im comparing myself to others that r smaller and trying to be at that level... Slow and dteady i guess

Okay this might be a bitchy thing to think but this is how I get through it... I work in HR so I do get the chance sometimes to walk around and I take advantage of those moments to get some steps in.... but I too get a lot of the snacks and donut issues... my thing is and its the only way I can mentally get through it…

i meal plan 2 times a week... i don't like eating 5 day old cooking so i meal prep sunday and Wednesday... easier to keep track and also i love being able to eat prepped meals that don't taste old...

i use it sometimes... i love the mio and crystal lite ones... i bought over 50 of them when i got them for free (couponing) just like with anything just have a limit... dont use it for every cup of water but an occasional drops here and there wont hurt...
