Looking for general healthy diet

I know to eat healthy. I have used the app and rarely averaged over my caloric limit, but then my weight loss would plateau at 255. However, now I want to take another stab at it. My body will lose weight until 255, but stop there. My hunch is that I have to diet even more. I don't have any really past notes. So the number one question is "does anybody know a nutrition plan that I could use?"

DASH diet is awesome. It is a long-term solution to healthy eating habits, and has been proven to reduce cholesterol, hypertension and prevent/control diabetes, according to the research I have found. The meals are easy, they use common ingredients that are readily available, and there is a 30 minute cookbook that has 175 recipes, including some desserts. I don't live by it, but it is an excellent place to start, and you can adjust the sugar and what not to make them even healthier.0

I like iifym or if it fits your macros... I like it because I can modify what I want to eat for the day and also have a sweet treat once in awhile as long as im staying within my numbers... I lost a lot of weight with it and hope to get off the last of the weight... if you go to their website they will tell u ur macros by ur body weight and ur activity levels...0

The Eating Well website also has various meal plans for different calorie levels as well as various health concerns. I use it when looking for new ideas.0
