Looking for general healthy diet

I know to eat healthy. I have used the app and rarely averaged over my caloric limit, but then my weight loss would plateau at 255. However, now I want to take another stab at it. My body will lose weight until 255, but stop there. My hunch is that I have to diet even more. I don't have any really past notes. So the number one question is "does anybody know a nutrition plan that I could use?"

DASH diet is awesome. It is a long-term solution to healthy eating habits, and has been proven to reduce cholesterol, hypertension and prevent/control diabetes, according to the research I have found. The meals are easy, they use common ingredients that are readily available, and there is a 30 minute cookbook that has 175 recipes, including some desserts. I don't live by it, but it is an excellent place to start, and you can adjust the sugar and what not to make them even healthier.

The Eating Well website also has various meal plans for different calorie levels as well as various health concerns. I use it when looking for new ideas.
