I usually get an Americano (iced usually). I put sweetener in it, but you don't have to as it has a very rich taste on its own.

I really like those little 90/100 calorie guacamole packs. I eat those with carrots for a really satisfying snack. I've also been snacking on cherry tomatoes, bananas and grapes lately. Sometimes I throw in a hazelnut butter filled cliff bar because they're tasty lol

Another nerd here! Love HP, Dr Who, ASOIAF, etc. I've lost 35 pounds so far and want to lose another 15-20. I added you!

I actually love cracking an egg into half an avocado and baking it. I used to eat it for breakfast quite often when I had the time to make it. It's best when the yolk is still runny, so if you don't like runny eggs, it's not for you. I also add some cheddar cheese to mine.

I haven't had my Fitbit long, but I've definitely had rest days since using it and haven't had any huge adjustments like this, so I'm definitely curious as to why it's happening!
-
Well, I logged a workout today on my Fitbit, so now the adjustment on MFP is correct. Yesterday, I didn't workout and was not super active. I've definitely had days where I haven't worked out before without the adjustment messing up. I'll have to see what it does tomorrow since I think it will be a rest day.

Here's what it looks like today. It just starting doing this yesterday, and I haven't done anything different with Fitbit or MFP. I did charge it recently, but it's never done anything like this after charging before.
-
I'm having the same problem. MFP is saying I have 12,752 in my Fitbit adjustment. haha I wish!

Thanks! Congrats on your success so far!

I'm just under 5 feet and have lost 33 pounds since August. I'm still not at my goal, but I'm getting there! SW: 180 CW: 146.3

I'm not done yet, but here's my progress so far. SW: 180 CW: 147

I still have work to do, but here's my progress so far!

Switch to skim or almond milk and ask for a medium amount of milk for the large and a small amount for the mediums. That will cut calories down a bit for you. So will switching to a sugar free flavor shot. The sugar syrups have a lot of calories.

Today I had a salad topped with a feta and dill yogurt dressing, sauteed red onion, and homemade baked falafel and baked pita chips. So good!

Honestly, I just make a whole bunch of something I like to eat and wont mind eating several times a week. I also like to make 2 different meals, so I can eat something different for lunch and dinner. Casseroles work well for this because they usually make 6 servings, which means I can freeze extras to eat later.

I did a 4% one in the fall and won. It was a good motivator for me, but I can also see where it could lead to unhealthy behavior in some. When I did mine, I was afraid I wouldn't win, but I told myself that in the end, even if I didn't lose 4%, I would definitely still lose something and that was worth losing a little bit…

I still have a ways to go before I'm at my goal weight of 140/130 (I'll see how I feel when I get to 140), but I'm feeling pretty good after losing 21 pounds since mid-August! Height: 5 ft SW: 180 lbs CW: 158.6 lbs GW: 140/130 lbs

I eat breakfast at 7:30, have a small snack around 10:30, lunch at 1:30/2, another snack mid-afternoon, and then I go to the gym around 6 and do a 35 minute workout. I usually eat dinner around 7:30 and sometimes have a snack sometime before bed.

It's not really "one pot," but I like to cook up a few servings of barely and mix it with pesto and add chicken or shrimp to it. Depending on what brands and amounts you use, you can eat a good amount for under 400 calories. It also freezes really well and is super filling!

I'll set aside some time on a free day to make a bunch of breakfast sandwiches. I just make up some eggs or egg whites, put those on an untoasted 100 calorie English muffin and top with cheese and ham. Wrap them with wax paper or tin foil, pop em in a bag and freeze. In the morning, I grab one, wrap it loosely in a paper…

Try to eat more calorie dense foods if you're having trouble reaching 1200. Avocado, peanut butter, pasta, etc. That should help.

To me, it's worth it. I burn about 300-400 calories for every 35-45 minutes I workout on the elliptical. That means I can have a big dinner or more snacks throughout the day and still stick to my calorie goal. I've lost 10 lbs in just under 2 months doing this. Sure, that's not a ton of weight, but it's definitely…
