What healthy snacks do you eat?

So im the worst yoyo dieter and i am detirmined to stop.
My biggest problem is snacks. I never know what healthy snacks are and end up sabotaging myself this way.
What can you buy preferably pre made or easily made that is a healthier option for a snack?
Ive got fruit down pat haha i even have frozen strawberries covered in greek yogurt and frozen bananas and peanutbutter for a sweeter snack but im hoping to find more than just fruit!

Some of my go-tos are: String cheese, nuts, wasabi peas, fudge pops, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, hummus & veggies, protein bars, Greek yogurt, beef or turkey jerky, popcorn, ice cream or frozen fruit bars

Depends on what you mean by healthy...

If you need low calorie, popcorn rocks. One little handful of kernels pops into a great big bowl of snacking.

    If you need nutrition:

    Hard boiled egg
    Celery and peanut butter
    Edamame
    Piece of fruit
Handful of walnuts, almonds, or pecans
    Yogurt
    Cheese
    Sardines

I really like Hummus with Baked Pretzels once in a while, but I can't find my favorite hummus anymore. I got it at Aldis, and it was a delicious spicy cilantro hummus.

Nowadays I do cottage cheese with wheat thins.

Lots of good suggestions in here! To be honest, I mostly just snack on carrots or cucumber. For me, I feel like I snack more when I'm bored rather than actually hungry ...

I will add that I snack a lot less than I used to. I like to eat multiple times throughout the day, and growing up I was often told that this was "healthier". But now that I know meal timing doesn't really matter, I've been focusing more on making good and filling meals that keep me going for longer. This works better for me rather than trying to eat a million little low calorie things throughout the day.

Of course, everyone is different and what works for me may not work for you! But it could be something to keep in mind :)

I find a do better without snacking. If I feel like munching, I grab baby carrots, celery, cucumber, and peppers. I also like the pre-packed greek yogurts. If I'm desperate, I'll grab a protein bar, but those can have enough calories for a meal.

I have special K cracker chips every night - just one portion gives me enough "potato chip" feel that I dont feel deprived of one of my favourite snacks. They come in all different flavours just like real chips. Nuts I find are too calorie dense for the amount that you get. I also like sugar free Jello puddings, they run about 50-60 calories per container. Also there are some good protein bars like Nak'd that run about 140 cals per bar, and you can always look at the granola or snack bars that are in the grocery that you can get for less than 200 calories per. I think Special K also makes a fibre "brownie"? I get the Store brand one from Loblaws (Presidents Choice Canada) and its only 90 cals per. Of course there is fruit and individual cups of yogurt and cottage cheese.

Snacking at night is my particular vice, so I have spent a lot of time finding products that I can indulge in and not blow the calorie budget for the day!

My go to snack daily is "Skinny Girl" aready popped popcorn, I will then add a tiny bit of "Chex Mix " to the popcorn. The addition gives me that extra salt I crave. I also drink my diet soda with this snack

I really like those little 90/100 calorie guacamole packs. I eat those with carrots for a really satisfying snack. I've also been snacking on cherry tomatoes, bananas and grapes lately. Sometimes I throw in a hazelnut butter filled cliff bar because they're tasty lol
