Definitely give yourself small and easily achievable goals. I have lost 105 lbs in 1 years time (as of yesterday) and I never, EVER thought I would do that.. I didn't even THINK about 100 lost... I just aimed for 20 at a time and kept my eyes on the prize. Congrats on the losses and keep up the hard work!!!

I have learned to retrain my thinking and choices. For example, if I know a Blizzard is going to set me back a few days... why eat it? Is it really worth it to me? And I ask myself that. I prefer to use those calories (and possible temporary weight gain) on something I REALLY want, and higher quality. Like a special treat…

My cat had the hooded typed with a door thing when he was little but he is part Maine Coon and is very large so it got too small for him. I then bought him one that is "partially hooded" as in, the front is open (not a door) and the top goes halfway... so he can jump out as he pleases. He likes his privacy so I turn it…

I cannot stand when people use their hands to touch food.. or use their fingers (especially "shared" like a party, etc)... then lick their fingers... or take something from your plate and say "oh can I have this?" and by the time they start asking the question, they've already touched it.. so yeah, go ahead, have it! I…

"You're getting too skinny... you don't need to lose anymore... do you want to be a skeleton?" (still technically "obese" per BMI for 1 more point - just carry my weight well!!) "Your face is getting so thin" (as if I lost all 85 lbs in my face) "Your belly went down alot" (oh, gee, thanks!)

Yes... I do often feel fat... still.
