At least 3 fried eggs, 2 cups of milk, 1 bowl of high fiber cereal and maybe 2 or 3 oatmeal cookies.

So I usually run about 700-1000 calories every breakfast.

I'm notoriously bad at eating breakfast... I often feel sick/not hungry at all most mornings.
The most I usually manage is an apple or some natural yoghurt and grapes.

I used to just have a small breakfast, but that was leaving me with too many calories to eat junk later in the day. I aim for 300-400 now.

    Usually 3 eggs and a flour tortilla...about 350 Cals.
  • Same as most people here. 300-400 calories. I'm thinking about eating more for breakfast though, since it tends to help me feel fuller for the rest of the day.

Depends on how hungry I am.
Some days nothing, because I'm not hungry.
Some days a lot, especially during TOM, or after a very busy day when I couldn't eat all my exercise calories (especially hiking days).

I try and eat 300-350 calories for breakfast every day. You burn that off easily if you move around a bit-walk to work etc. Your brain will love you for it and it kicks off your metabolism.
    Try whole grain organic ceareal
Greek yogurt with better' n peanut butter from Trader Joes
Organic waffles topped with vanilla yogurt and your favorite berries

Just a few suggestions. Good luck!

Nothing! First meal is at noon -- around 5 hours after I wake up.

Much rather save my calories for the evening.

Oatmeal with milk when I get up, an orange with it if I'm not running right away. A Luna bar after running. A banana and a peanut butter sandwich an hour or so later. Then bring on lunch! : )

But for me... noon (and therefore my first meal) is 7 hours after I wake up.

Either a fruit smoothie with banana, skim milk, protein powder and some other fresh or frozen fruit; a bowl of oatmeal sometimes with fruit and honey added or cranberries and almonds; or recently started making 2 eggs. Today I had eggs with avocado. Mmm!

I've been having 2 eggs, grits, 4 slices of turkey bacon and a slice of sprouted grain bread with cream cheese and jelly for about 450 calories.

I am a WW member, so I don't actually go by calories. Weight Watchers goes by fat, fiber, carbs, and protein. I eat Fiber One cereal with skim milk every morning for breakfast and a banana. I always eat a light healthy snack mid morning and again mid afternoon. That way you won't be starving by dinner time.
