I actually get good results with Valerian Root. Sometimes I'll open the capsules and steep the powder with a relaxing tea. Advil PM worked well for me too. When I take my breaks I usually take the stairs from the bottom to the top, making a lap around each floor then heading up to the next, then make my way back down. I do simple stretches at my desk. It has been a stuggle...I can seem to break past this plateau...however I don't feel terrible because I am seeing changes in my body and in my over all fitness...I just can't seem to get the darn scale to move! I'm still at it though...I will wear a bikini on my cruise!
