I do on occasion, but if I go over one day I have six other days to balance it out.

I'm also a night shift nurse and changed my diary from the default to the 0000-0400 time frame. I count from midnight to midnight to account for the days I'm on and off. I do find I have trouble though meeting my calories for my first shift on (I only work 3 days a week) since I'm asleep part of that day.

I'm 5'7", currently at 170, starting at 182. Was squeeeeeezed into a size 12 jean (my own vanity refused to let me buy 14's so I just wore sweats) and a large shirt. I'm comfortably in my 12's now. When I first had my son the stretch marks on my breasts were so bad they actually looked painful. I t was like someone took a purple crayon and scribbled all over them. 11years later you can hardly tell they are there. The same with the ones on my hips. Although I was 20 when I had them so youth may play a role.

Nike Training Club... Free app, super large. There are 15 minute, 30 minute and 45 minute workouts. I have yet to do one that didn't kick my butt and make me sweat. I swear by it and recommend it to every one.

I'm a closer to 5'8" then 5"7 and have never been smaller than a size 8 even when I was a varsity swimmer in college. I started at 180, currently at 165 and trying for 145. But realistically 150ish is probably good.

I used chantix and started running. You can't be a runner and a smoker. It just does not work. I've been a non-smoker since Halloween. I think a mistake a lot of people make is thinking one cigarette is a total relapse. It's not. Forgive yourself and toss the pack you bought.

I personally like them... much better than power bars. I'm a night shift nurse so a lot of times I'm waking up and eating in the car on the way to work where I may not get a chance to eat for several hours. They keep me pretty full for a long time.

On a day when I have several hours, I'll go to a local farmer's market, buy a bunch of different veggies, cook them up and freeze them. I also cook a lot of soups and chilis and freeze them as well. I have a deep freezer so it's pretty easy for me.

I do my measurements every two weeks and weight once a month. I am a little obsessive and get on the scal almost daily but limit how often I record a weight.
