Camelback is definitely a recommendation I would make for you if you are dehydrating that bad when running. its easy to run with and keeps your hands free. Look into it... Also you can try adding lemon water to your routine, maybe a glass of lemon water first thing in the am will help.

Did you find out about the stress fracture from a doctor? I have a PT test coming up for the military in April and Im freaking out becuase this has been hindering my progress completely! 6 Weeks and it hurts to do pushups and to run. Even sit ups suck sometimes. :(

Hello everyone! Im a Stay at home mom too.. to 3 boys, 13,3 and 2 on Sunday! It is isolating and since I dont have friends with small kids I spend alot of time alone. Feel free to add me as I need some inspiration on here. This last 18lbs of baby weight is killing me.. Good luck to everyone!

Congrats. We all have our struggles and this site is the best to keep up your motivation and keep a clear mind on your goal. I break down once a week and eat crap.. but I always can see it in my diary. Helps me to remember it and change what I shouldnt be doing. Good luck.

I would definately call your dentist. They for sure would have Xrays that they may reference to see if there is an underlying issue and probably have your moms history as well. Thanks. I work in a manufacturing plant, so I do get to walk the floor alot, but when I am stuck at my desk doing my administrative desk work, i get ancy and bored and, well start to fall asleep. I have been doing wall pushups every time I go to the bathroom. Ill have to google desk workouts. Im sure Im going to get alot…

Chocolate candies, reeces kitkat etc. I would probably loose more weight if i didnt say, "today I want a snickers so I have to do another 45 min of cardio today". LOL Im weak and I know it! :)

I agree. I have to do pushups for the military but I have been prego back to back with two BIG kids (one was 9 Lbs and the other 11 Lbs.. both natural) so my body is all outta wack. I cant do too many push ups so im not really moving along in this area.

LOL, thanks all for your input. What i was really looking for was a particular set of excercises that target that area. I lift at the gym, but I am limited on my knowledge of working these areas out. If i dont work the muscles and loose the fat, i will still be soft. :)

Yes I work out all the time and usually eat healthy. Fell off the band wagon this week though. I dont want to rely on any pill, however bein in the AF i have to have my waist a certain measurement and it is the hardest weight for me to loose. Just thought trying something that might "assist" is what i was looking for.…
